Session Options
30 minute session
- Up to 30 minutes on campus.
- 1 or 2 locations, depending on how much photography is requested and how complex each location is.
- Web gallery for viewing, downloading, and ordering of 30 edited images.
- $299, weekdays only
60 minute session
- Up to 1 hour on location.
- 2 or 3 locations on campus, depending on how much photography is requested and how complex each location is.

Thinking about booking a Penn State graduation session? Here’s what to know:
- Your photographer will be Joel – he specializes in a style that’s classic with a bold twist: clean, vibrant images that feel timeless but full of personality.
- One outfit per session – cap and gown are required, and you’ll need to bring your own.
- All sessions include a set number of edited images, with the option to purchase more if you’d like.
- Need more time or photos? Add 30 extra minutes and additional images for $99.
- Friends and family are welcome to join in a few photos if you’d like to include them.
- Location is flexible – I can suggest classic campus spots, or you can choose a place that’s meaningful to you (some grads love including a building tied to their major).
A quick note about timing:
Campus gets extremely busy starting about two weeks before graduation and right through graduation weekend. If possible, I highly recommend booking your session after graduation or as far in advance of it as you can. It makes for a much more relaxed experience and fewer crowds in the background.
Deposit & Rescheduling Policy
To reserve your session date, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We understand that unexpected things can come up—if illness or an emergency prevents you from keeping your session, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule. If we’re unable to find a new date that works, we’ll refund your deposit. We’re also able to offer a one-time date change with at least 72 hours’ notice, pending availability.
